I try to set fair prices for every item and I am happy to combine shipping when you buy multiple items. But only if you "request total from seller, then I can correct your total before you pay, it's sometimes hard to notice every sale that should have a discount.

Alterations

If you want your item altered (Without additional costs, EG Sterling Silver) Just buy the items you want as per normal. Send me a message telling me how you want the item made. You can send me a message using the message to seller box in eBay or you can include a message as part of the paypal checkout

If there is any problem with what I sell you let me know. I will always accept returns and I'll try hard to sort out any problems that you have; if you change your mind or the item you buy is not what you thought it would be, just send it back to me in the same condition you received it and I will give a 100% refund. If you are not satisfied with the items or the service from my shop, please contact me via ebay message and I will get back to you very quickly and sort out the problem.
