Combined postage – How does it work?

You pay the postage amount for the highest cost postage first then add $1 for every other lot of items after that.

Example –           1 strand                                               postage 2.50

                                100 silver beads                                                ADD $1

                                2 Cinnabar beads                             add $1

                                                Total                                      4.50 a saving of $3

As you can see it pays to buy in bulk.

Another example

1 kilo of beads                                   postage 13.50

Plus another kilo of beads            add $1

Plus 1 strand                                      add $1

                                Total                      15.50 –

Normally if nought separately this would cost in postage alone $28 as this is the cost Australia Post charges for this weight but when you combine items it becomes much more economical –

a saving of $13!
