Important:

We are a small business with excellent Customer Service.  We answer all e-mails that we receive even if we do not know the answer, we will try to find one.  We try to describe our items as well as possible.  We ship promptly,  usually same day but sometimes the next day if payment is received later in the day.  PLEASE BE AWARE – that sometimes when you pay with Paypal through your checking account, they hold your payment for up to 4 days until it clears your bank.  We cannot ship until it is released from paypal and they notify us.  We will ship promptly after we receive your payment.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Most items shipped USPS Priority Mail with a 3-4 day delivery time.  We try our best to keep shipping charges down even when the U.S. Post Office keeps raising the cost.  Our charges are based on what it costs us to ship certain items.  These charges are very close to exact. We add very little for handling ( cost of tape, box's etc.)  PLEASE NOTE:  If you do not agree with our shipping charges, please contact us as there may be something we can do. ( possible local pick up or slower first class mailing)  We do not have any control with the shipping time once the Post Office has your package.

FEEDBACK:  Feedback is very important to Sellers. It is our reputation on eBay. If you have a problem with our Customer Service or one of our items, please let us know promptly and we will work with you to clear up the problem. No matter how small or large.
