We accept card, postal order, bankers draft, cheque, paypal.

Paypal is only accepted from confirmed addresses only and takes 48 hours for us to process.

Cheques to be payable to BURNLEY PLUMBING SUPPLIES LTD., and processing for cheque payments can take between 10 to 21 days. 

You can also pay by card or bankers draft.

Shipping

Some items cannot be collected as they are despatched from suppliers and multiple locations so please check with us prior.

For courier delivery, we do require

  • delivery address
  • best day and time for delivery
  • contact landline and preferably mobile phone numbers. 

We cannot arrange delivery without this information.

If the courier misses delivery then extra charges may be incurred.  Reasonable assistance must be provided to the driver to help unload.  Delivery service is to curbside.

Please do not sign for the item until you are satisfied that it is in a perfect condition.  Any discrepancies must be marked as damaged on the couriers note, and phoned through to us and the couriers office within 48 hours.

Certain area's may be subject to surcharge including (but not limited to) highlands, grampians, ireland, europe, postcodes AB, IV, BT, PA, LL, KW, PH, HS, ZE, offshore IOM, IOW, Shetlands.

Terms of Sale

All goods must be checked on collection or delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If any sign of damage then please sign as "damaged" and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted.  Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods. You must inform us of any discrepancies whatsoever within 48 hours of collection / delivery.  Reasonable assistance must be provided to the delivery driver to help unload, missed deliveries will incur re-delivery costs.  Delivery is made to the curbside only.  We do not cover for consequential loss, labour or courier / transportation costs. If you wish to cancel your order then items may be returned within 14 days by contacting us prior for a RMA (Return merchandise authorisation) which must be shown outside the package.  Any items returned without a RMA will be refused by our goods inwards department.  We do not refund courier costs either way.   The customer must arrange for the return.  Any non-faulty items will incur up to 25% handling charge.  Some items that are non-returnable will be advertised as such.  Auction items are non cancelable and an admin charge will be made if the transaction is not completed.  Purchases made by businesses are not subject to cancellation.
Most water fittings and baths and showers require a 1 to 4 bar balanced supply of water and may need a pressure equalising valve if the supply is of uneven pressures, a pump may be required in some cases.  This unit is NOT to be used in any commercial place. This unit must also be installed by a licensed professional plumber, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing this item the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product.  If there are any broken parts due to shipping damage we will have replacement parts shipped to you ASAP but this must be notified to us within 48 hours and the delivery note should be endorsed as "damaged".  Product warranty cover parts only (not wear & tear or neglect) for 90 days unless otherwise specified.  To validate professional installation an invoice from a professional installer must be provided in the event of a warranty claim as proof of proper installation.  We do not cover courier  or installation costs in any case.  Faulty parts must be returned to us under the guarantee (at your own expense), then we will send replacements.  Towel bars, shelves & racks are not designed to take heavy loading.  Supplies must be isolated after use.  Do not book your installer until you have received and checked the goods.  We are not qualified to offer any professional advice for any of our products and can accept no liability for claims suggesting the same.  You are advised to check the suitability of the product with a professional body.  Our liability shall never exceed the maximum price paid for the actual product.
All transactions must be completed within 7 days and contact should be made within 3 days otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the item.
