1) Neck Girth measure around your dog's neck where its collar would sit),

2) Chest Girth measure around your dog's chest just behind its front legs and ADD 2-4cm for comfort of fit

3) Body Length measure your dog from the base of its neck to the base of its tail).

The measurements provided in the chart are NOT the measurements of the garment

but a range of dog measurements each size will suit

Do not choose size only by the 'example breeds' or size name as these are to be used as a guide only.

Dogs of the same breed will have different sizes based on weight, age, stature and so forth.

To ensure a correct fit, please ensure that your dog is standing when you take their measurements.

If your measurements border on the maximum end of a size,or are a combination of two sizes,

it is best to purchase the larger of the two sizes.

The chest and neck measurements are the most important to match and fit for the comfort of the dog

and some compromise in length may be necessary to achieve this fit

Parcel post is a trackable service and takes approx. 5-10 business days to be delivered
Standard Post or Free Post is an envelope with stamps and is NOT a trackable service and takes approx 5-10 business days to be delivered. If you wish to TRACK your purchase choose either Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout

RETURNS

We will offer a product refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods
All non-faulty items must be returned in their original unworn/unused condition with packaging and labels intact
You must first contact Fashion Houndz within 7 days of receipt of your product/s to inform us of your intent to return the item/s. We will then provide you with the appropriate instructions for return or exchange
Non-authorised returned items will NOT be accepted
The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs if returning non-faulty goods as well as the additional postage cost to re-send an exchanged item
An item which is returned for a refund that had 'FREE POSTAGE' in the original listing will have the actual cost of the paid postage deducted from the refund
