Express Delivery

Express Delivery is not a guaranteed next day service but we do our best that the parcels are delivered next working day when they are sent to mainland UK addresses. A tracking code will be provided to you via email once your item has been dispatched. If you place your order before 3pm on any working day to be received the next working day, orders made on a non-working day will be dispatched on the next working day and will normally be received after 1 working day.

Special Delivery

Your order must be placed before 30pm on a working day to be received the next working day, orders placed on a non-working day will be dispatched on the next working day and will be received after 1 working day.

We dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of order; for orders placed over the weekend and on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Non collection

If you do not collect the parcel from the sorting office within 10 days, the parcel is returned to us. On receipt of the parcel we will refund you the monies minus £2.95 charges. If you would like us to re send the item a £2.95 charge
