- Please use my ACTUAL measurements provided in description as a guide to ensure any garment will properly fit you. Tagged sizes vary from brand, eras, and the like. I am not responsible if you purchase something from me that does not end up fitting correctly.
- 95% of items I offer are pre-owned. Because of this, there may be flaws such as stains, pilling of fabric, fading, discoloration, rips/tears, light odors, and similar issues. I HIGHLY value taking the time to be transparent in my description of issues both major and minor. Minor issues (pin holes, smaller stains, light odor, etc.) are sometimes easily missed. Please choose not to buy from my store if you can't accept some of the obvious factors of buying used clothing.
Shipping: I ship within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Orders paid for on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship out Monday. This does not apply when my store is on Vacation Mode.
Payments: Payments are expected within 24 hours of sale or auction end. A note that a case will open automatically if item goes unpaid for 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please go through proper steps to avoid a negative on your account.
Returns/Refunds: I generally do not accept returns. I make exceptions for special circumstances such as an item having defects not listed in the description, etc. I will NOT refund ANY money without a photograph of the defect, OR a return of the item (You pay return shipping). I can't accept returns for reasons such as "I changed my mind". Please know what you are buying and be 100% sure that you want it.
Customer service: My hope is that you receive your item in better-than-expected condition. eBay can be a gamble, but I want you to be confident in buying my items. I do my best to note or clearly photograph any defects that I find. Please check photographs, measurements (when applicable), and descriptions before buying. Please ASK if you have questions. Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, I would appreciate you reaching out to me so we can resolve the issue.
