Delivery within 2-3 working days approximately.

Please place your orders before 2pm on weekdays to receive same day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on Bank Holiday Friday or Bank Holiday Monday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

Tracked 24:

Delivery within 1-2 working days approximately.

Please place your orders before 2pm on weekdays to receive same day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed on Bank Holiday Friday or Bank Holiday Monday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as once the parcel has been passed to our courier, it is out of our control.



RETURNS

 

I want to return my order:

We always ask that customers read our descriptions very carefully before purchasing, as we have a strict returns policy. Please contact us via eBay messages for further information.                   

 

My order has arrived damaged, what can I do?

In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, such as there being visible damage to the products or packaging, please refuse the delivery and ask that it be returned back to us. Once we have received this parcel, we will inspect the damage and ensure that a replacement order is sent back to you right away. Please send us a message on eBay with your order number to let us know that we’re expecting a parcel back from our couriers, so we can fast-track the process.



TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

We only currently dispatch orders within the UK.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are difficult for us to deliver to logistically at this moment in time. This cancelled order will be refunded fully if it has been paid for. All orders delivered by our courier services can be delivered up to 10pm.

Orders that are placed after the timescales stated in our delivery services, such as Tracked 24 cannot be refunded if the order is not placed within the timeframe stated.

On the day of delivery, if you are not in during when delivery is attempted, it will be left in a safe place or with your neighbour.

Please note that any orders that are placed and dispatched cannot be amended or cancelled. If the order has not been processed and dispatched yet, please contact us on Messages with your eBay order number as soon as possible and we can resolve the issue quickly. We politely ask that you always ensure that your order details are correct when you place your order to avoid any delay to shipping your order.
