    Q: I am ordering multiple products. How do I combine my orders into one shipment/Shipping Cost?

    A: To combine shipments/shipping, click "commit to buy" or "buy now", but do not use self-checkout. Instead, request the total invoice from the seller. Wait for us to send an invoice to your email, and then pay. (Please note that sometimes shipping cost may exceed the flat shipping rate indicated in the auction due to weight and sizes purchased. We will calculate combined shipping based on the cost we have to pay to ship all of the items.)

    Q: How do I request additional long screws?

    A: Short screws (1") are always provided for the entire order. Long breakaway screws (1-1/2") are also provided for about one-third of the order. Long screws are typically used on drawers. If you may need additional long screws, give special instructions on the checkout page, or send us an eBay message immediately.


    SHIPPING POLICY

    • Contiguous USA (not Alaska or Hawaii): Flat Shipping rate of $6.95
    • Placing multiple orders? Combined shipping: To combine shipments, click "commit to buy" or "buy now", but do not use self-checkout. Instead, request an invoice from the seller for combined shipping. Wait for us to send an invoice to your email, and then pay. If you do not wait for your combined invoice, refund on the shipping payment will be determined by the excess paid minus fees incurred. Please note combined shipping cost might be more than $10.95 based on shipping method. 
    • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (e.g. Guam, Puerto Rico): Shipping is available and may incur extra fees if items cannot fit into USPS Flat Rate Boxes. Send us a message and we will give you a quote.
    • International: Send us a message and we will give you a quote.
    • Shipping methods: All our eBay items are in stock and will be shipped within 2 days after receiving the payment.   We use USPS Priority Mail for most orders (lengths under 14" and small quantities) and delivery will take 2 to 3 days for most of the USA. We use FedEx or UPS Ground for larger orders, which will take 2 to 4 days. Extra time will be required for farther deliveries. Please contact us if P O Box is used.

    REFUNDS/RETURN POLICY

    • Any missing items must be reported within 2 days after receiving shipment.
    • All refunds are subject to deduction of our shipping cost.
