Benefits of Our Yoga Band
1. Add the straps to any pose, for resistance when strength training, where you hold your arms at a distance from one another, such as the warrior pose.
2. Stretch using the straps by allowing them to function as extensions of your reach. The strap should easily connect one limb to another in a situation that might usually be a strain for you.
3. Hold the yoga strap in a resistance position for as long as you would typically hold the position. Try out the strap on positions that you might hold for 30 seconds or longer to challenge your strength.
4. Improve your technique on other common stretches, such as simple forward bend stretching your hamstrings. If you can't reach, stand on a yoga strap and then hold onto each end, using the strap to pull yourself closer.
5. Use a yoga strap for resistance training for your legs in sitting and lying down poses by taking a longer strap, holding one end in each hand and looping the strap under your feet so that when you straighten your legs, the strap causes resistance. Resistance training with your legs is more difficult than your arms, but the straps can be useful if you get a little bit creative.
6. Do repetitions of a motion that works against the resistance of the strap whilst standing in a pose.
7. Stretch your arms and shoulders using yoga straps. The straps are especially helpful when you are stretching in hard to reach positions.

We provide same day dispatch on all
payment cleared orders received by 10:00am.
Orders placed after this will be
dispatched on the next working day. Orders received during weekends or Bank Holidays
will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

If you are not able to accept
delivery on the date specified by the third party courier then please let us
known as soon as possible so that we can reschedule that for you. If the courier
attempts the delivery and no-one is home it may result in an additional

At JLL we take every effort to
provide a prompt and efficient delivery service. We work with third party
courier services with high delivery success rates. We have a great deal of
faith in their ability to ensure our customer orders arrive on time and in
excellent condition. We use UK Mail, Arrow XL & Pallex.
Receiving the goods
When your order is delivered, you
must count the items and check for any damage and then sign and print your name
to confirm you have received the whole order in good condition. It will state
on your delivery note how many boxes you should receive. If the boxes you
receive don't match the delivery note you must write down the number of boxes
received on the delivery note next to your signature. Any damage to the
equipment or packaging must be noted on the delivery note next to your
signature. Any shortages or damages must be reported to JLL Fitness Ltd within
an acceptable time from from delivery. JLL Fitness Ltd cannot be held responsible
for shortages or damages if not stated on delivery note. This does not affect
your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty.
If you refuse the delivery for any
other reason than the goods being damaged in transit, you will be held liable
for all outward and return freight charges. If any of the larger products will
not fit through doors or stairwells, and delivery is refused or returned, you
will be responsible for all outward and return freight costs. For more

Returning an item
If you cancel your order after it has
been shipped, your right to cancel an order ends 14 days from the day you
receive your goods. The goods must be in an unused condition and all packaging
must be intact. Failure to do so may incur in an added deduction from your
refund. You are responsible for any and all delivery charges incurred by JLL
Fitness Ltd. Any unpaid delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. We
advise you to check the status of your order before you cancel.
If a product is, either, received
faulty or it develops a fault, please in the first instance contact our
Customer Service on 0800 6123 988 and have your proof of purchase ready. If
products arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carriers
delivery note where possible and inform us within 7 working days of the
delivery. JLL Fitness Ltd. will, at its option: repair the product, replace the
product or issue a refund. You will not be charged for the cost of returning a
defective product.

warranty excludes normal wear and tear on parts.

This warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the
treadmill is assembled/installed according to the instructions/directions
included with the treadmill.
The
warranty does not extend to any treadmill that has been damaged or rendered
defective:
During the warranty period JLL Fitness Ltd. will at no additional charge
replace part(s) or repair the treadmill (at JLL Fitness' discretion) if it
becomes defective, malfunctions or otherwise fails to conform with this
warranty under normal, non-commercial, personal, family or household use
In repairing the treadmill, JLL Fitness may replace defective parts or
at the discretion JLL Fitness, use serviceable used parts that are equivalent
to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced
under this warranty will become the property of JLL Fitness Ltd.
If you use or plan to use any JLL Fitness Home Treadmills in an
environment other than for which it has been advised, you must check to see if
the product warranty will cover that environment. For example a treadmill with
a "Domestic use" warranty will have no warranty if used in a Full or
Light Commercial environment. If you are unsure as to which classification of
usage you require please ask and we will be happy to check if the treadmill is
suitable. No manufacturer's warranty covers failure of a treadmill if caused by
unreasonable or abusive use or if the customer alters the treadmill in any way
or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care.
