Pet Accessories Warehouse uses Australia Post and Fastway to send our orders, to ensure that our customers receive their goods as quickly as they can, and in top condition.

All of our items are allocated tracking numbers upon dispatch and will be uploaded to your sales order once processing has been completed at the end of the day, so as you can see what company was used and to keep an eye on the status of your parcel.

All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery, so if you aren’t home when the item is tagged for delivery, a calling card should be left for you to contact the freight company to organise redelivery or pickup from your local outlet. If your item hasn’t arrived when you expected it, please refer to your sales order with the tracking details to see the information logged, this will also give you all the data required to collect your parcel from the appropriate carrier.

We strive ourselves on customer satisfaction, and fast delivery is always at the top of any buyers list, so we endeavour to ship all orders within 1-2 business days from payment being received to ensure the fastest delivery we possibly can for our valued customers.

Here at Pet Accessories we would like to think that our buyers are happy with all of their purchases from our store, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss the reasons why you are not satisfied so as we can try to rectify this with you.

We do have a returns policy that must be adhered to in order for refunds/replacements to take place:-

# PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE WITH YOUR PRODUCT FOR RETURN

# Goods must be in their original packaging and unused/unopened.

# Goods that have been opened CANNOT be returned.

# Return postage is at the expense of the BUYER, Pet Accessories Warehouse does not reimburse return postage costs

# Original postage fees are non refundable. If the item you purchased was "Free Postage", a returns handling fee may apply for each item being returned.

# Buyer has 30 days to return the item, after this the item cannot be returned for a refund/exchange.

# Pet Accessories Warehouse, at their discretion, will advise whether an item will be refunded/exchanged/replaced.

# Any warranties listed, are Manufacturers Warranties, and goods will need to be returned to us for inspection of fault prior to replacement/refund. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer for all warranty returns.
