This product ships USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground at our discretion. Any Free Shipping offers only apply to orders shipping within the continental United States.  Warranty

After receiving the item, you the buyer should contact us no later then 3 days after item is receivedUnless the listing specifies otherwise, this product comes with a 15 day Warranty for the original purchaser of the equipment applicable only to items sold in the US. The warranty is not transferable, and does not apply to wholesale accounts. This warranty includes all DOA (Dead on Arrival) and defective merchandise. Warranty does not include any damage to abuse or misuse. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to repair or replace the item at our cost.

 Returns

No returns accepted without prior return authorization. Items must be within the 15 day warranty for a full refund (except for shipping charges which you will have to pay to return the item back to us) No returns accepted without prior approval and RMA #. Please contact us for RMA # via eBay.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. • Buyer pays for return shipping. • Any return that does not have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
