Handmade Pate de verre Liuli Small Teapot Ornament with a theme of Squirrel & Plum Flower Crystal Glass Art Feng Shui Wealth Attraction Ornaments Birthday Gift
An amazing piece of pate de verre Liuli art - a paperweight or pill box in a form of a wee lovely teapot !
This teapot will definitely bring a smile on those who find it. No one will ever forget their pills :-)
It can be served as a box for small jewelleries too.
A superb gift to have or your loved one.

The theme of this teapot is "winter & squirrel" where the teapot is transformed into a plum tree trump with a squirrel around plum flowers.
The lid is very nicely carved.

Although it is a beautiful piece of art for decorative purpose, the lid can actually be lifted.
As it is hollow inside, it can serve as a container for small jewelleries e.g. rings, or pills.

This rare teapot is beautifully and delicately sculptured in great details and to the highest quality. Highly desirable.

Size: approximately 12 x 4 x 9.5cm or 4.7" x 1.6" x 3.7"
You can also purchase it with a handmade crystal base (made by us too).

A wonderful piece to lighten up the room, attract wealth and add extra prosperous energy to the Feng Shui of the space and the owner.

As each piece is handmade, the colour can have some variations from the picture here.

Pâte de verre / Liuli / Liu Lee

Pâte de verre or called Liuli or Liu Lee in Taiwan is a traditional technique of kiln casting. This form of kiln casting and literally translated means glass paste. In this process, finely crushed glass is mixed with a binding material, such as a mixture of gum arabic and water, and often with colourants and enamels. The resultant paste is applied to the inner surface of a negative mould forming a coating. After the coated mould is fired at the appropriate temperature the glass is fused creating a hollow object that can have thick or thin walls depending on the thickness of the pate de verre layers.
