This is a gorgeous old sconce/lantern that has beautiful old amber/blue slag glass. I found it in fair condition and had it professionally restored and rewired with new socket, plug, cord and switch. There is also a mounting bracket included in the back of the sconce. I thought I had seen a fixture similar to it and remembered that Williamson made some similar items. I included a picture of one of Williamson's hanging lamps of the same type/style (the last picture). I believe the main body of the sconce to be brass and the rest steel. The sconce measures about 11 inches tall and about 5 inches wide at the widest point. There is a five foot cord. Of course, it could be hard wired if desired. There are 6 slag panels. The top of the sconce lifts off to change the bulb. A very interesting old fixture not seen very often these days.
