Please note, there will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.
If you received a wrong order (color, style, and/or size) at our fault, we will issue you a return label to ship the item back to us at our cost and exchange or issue a full refund upon receiving the returns.
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition within 30 days. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. If you want to exchange to different size, color or style, just ship the package back to us at your own cost, by any carrier at your convenience. Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchanged item if we have it in stock, if not we will issue a refund. While we make every effort to process all requests in a prompt fashion, please allow 1-2 business days on all returns, exchanges, refunds or credits.
