Vintage rare 1954 Ceramic Porcelain Decorative Plate commemorating the Reformed Church of West New Hempstead (NY) The Old Brick Church established 1774.  Organized 1774 as the Reformed Protestant Dutch Church.  Additional info on reverse side which I believe dropped the 'West' and now just located in New Hempstead.  Manufactured by L.
