This beautiful antique French sterling silver clad salad set is made up of a fork and a spoon. The upper parts are natural material. The sterling silver clad handles feature a Rococo pattern of stylized shells and acanthus leaves. They bear the French “Minerve Premier Titre” hallmark indicating the highest quality of French sterling silver (950/1000), used in Paris since 1838. They also bear the hallmark consisting of the letters “H” and “S” engraved above a star and surmounted by a rising sun, the maker’s mark of Henri Soufflot, renowned master silversmith in Paris between 1884 and 1910. These pieces are in very good condition, with the exception of a few stains on the upper parts and faint scratches and tiny dents on the handles, all due to great age and normal use. No questions asked return policy. Items must be returned in 14 business days. Item must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and packed, shipped, and insured in the same manner. Buyer pays return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
