Were you replacing an injector and accidentally broke a fuel injector return line connector? It is very easy to do as they are plastic and when they get full of grit and grime can be very challenging to release. In the past, your only option was to buy the complete fuel return hose assembly which runs over $150 from VAG.

Save well over $100 with our replacement fuel injector quick connect fitting! We include one foot of high-quality self-sealing braided rubber return line.

Instructions:

- Very carefully remove the hose from the return connectors on either side of the broken connector. An extremely sharp knife will allow you to cut the hose and remove it without damaging or breaking the connector the hose is being removed from. A Dremel type tool with a cutting disc may also be employed with extreme caution to prevent damaging the fitting.
-Pull the locking sleeve up on the new injector return fitting and push the fitting into place on the injector (a drop of clean oil will help it slide on freely). Push down on the locking sleeve to secure the fitting in position.
- Cut the return hose to length and very carefully push it into place on each of the connection points. Use slow steady pressure in a straight line to prevent breaking the return fittings. If necessary a drop of clean engine oil will help the hose slide into place more easily.
- For extra assurance of secure connections heavy duty USA Made hose clamps are included which can be installed as desired.
- Start the engine and check for any leaks

We also think shipping cost are high - but unfortunately, cannot control them. Giving us a low rating because of shipping costs is unkind and does not benefit anyone.
As per Ebay policy, we will ship to your registered Paypal address only. Please make any needed address changes with Paypal before purchasing.

International Orders:
When placing an order from outside the USA, please use caution when selecting your shipping option. First class mail is an economy service and may take 30 days or more in some instances. First class mail is also not trackable. Priority mail International averages 7 - 10 days, and Express 3 - 5 days. These times will vary by country and can be longer if there are customs delays.
We are a legitimate business and will NOT falsify customs documents - please do not ask.

Returns
Each item in our Ebay store has its own return policy. Please take a moment to read it. With rare exceptions in case of a gross error on our part, shipping costs (either original or return) are NOT refundable. (Local auto parts stores will not pay your travel costs to return a part either.) Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds on "free shipping" items.

This may occur because of errors on application lists, mid-year production changes, changes to the vehicle since it was built, the fact that a car was not built for the US market, etc. It is the buyer's final responsibility to visually verify that the part they are purchasing is correct for their vehicle. If a part does not fit your vehicle, this does not mean the part is "not as described."
