  • Shipping

    All orders are sent using Royal Mail's 48 service with proof of delivery. Orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday will be sent the same working day and should arrive within 2 - 3 working days. Orders received after 2pm on a Friday and all weekend orders will be sent on the following Monday (apart from Bank Holidays). Express delivery is also available at an extra cost; please see the Postage and Payments tab for all options. All international orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Orders from within Europe should take 5 - 7 working days whereas Rest Of World orders should allow up to 14 working days.

  • Returns

    If, on receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are able to return it for a refund within 30 days. We kindly ask that the item is returned in a resealable condition with all packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the incorrect item has been sent or the item is faulty.
