These boxes are perfect for delivery directly to the recipient. If you'd like us to do this, please make sure you change the delivery address at checkout.
Our boxes are approximately 22cm x 16cm x 2cm. Please allow up to 3 working days for orders to be made before we dispatch. Each box is designed and created from scratch to order.

Q: How do I personalise my order?
A: You can pop your information for personalisation either in the personalisation box, a note to seller at checkout, or you can drop us a private message via “Contact Seller” after checkout, and we will match this up with your order.
Q: When will my item arrive?
A: We take up to 3 working days to create your order. Once your order is ready for dispatch, it will be taken to the post office, at which time we will mark your order as dispatched on the ebay system. If you have chosen free 2nd class postage, your box should be with you 2-3 days after it has been marked as dispatched. If you have upgraded to 1st class, you should receive it in 1-2 working days after dispatch. Please be aware that these time estimates are Royal Mail aims, and not guarantees. In rare circumstances there may be delays to deliveries. Please just drop us a message if you’re worried about your order and we can investigate this for you.
Q: Can I upgrade postage?
A: You can! At checkout, we offer the option to upgrade to 1st class Royal Mail postage for an additional cost of £1. This option should be fairly straightforward to select on desktop, but on mobile it’s slightly hidden. At checkout, you should see a small arrow next to the automatically selected 2nd class postage option. If you click this arrow, it will take you to a second screen where you can select 1st class postage.

A: For this product, we need to know the name of your Groomsman.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Unfortunately, all single and double box orders are sent as large letters, and so under the Royal Mail standard service, tracking information is not provided to us to pass on to you. However, Royal Mail do offer tracking information for small parcels, and so if you purchase 3 or more gift boxes that will be sent to the same address, tracking information will be available – however this only updates once Royal Mail have attempted delivery.
