This is a genuine OEM replacement remote for the Serta Motion Perfect 2.0 Adjustable bed from but as of 2018 they have changed the color of the remote to black and removed the Serta Logo to help with inventory (they sell the same model for Simmons so the manufacturer now only has to make one remote). It will work with Motion Perfect 2.0 Bases only (serial # starts with 300). We can order remotes for the Motion Perfect 1.0 (features a dipswitch or 2.0 models for the same price or the Motion Perfect II or III (series 300) for the same price but you must view our other Ebay listings. If your old remote's buttons or the word "Massage" are in different places this remote will not be compatible with your base. (Often people incorrectly order this remote thinking that it is the Motion Perfect 1.0... if your old remote had Dip Switches 1-6 under the battery cover and on your processor you need the 1.0 model.
