This is a genuine OEM replacement remote for the Bed Tech BT3000 Adjustable Base. We can order remotes for the other BedTech models but you must view our other Ebay listings. If your buttons and words on your old remote that you are replacing do not exactly match those on the new one shown here in either of the two pictures then the chances are it will not work with your base. The logo may be different on the one you receive due to supply chain issues but they are all oem authentic parts and will work with this base so long as the bed is working perfectly and you have followed the pairing steps exactly.
