The Classic Nickel Plated Solid Brass Belt Buckle

This is the original quality built buckle that has existed throughout history for millennia.  Ruggedly built of solid high quality cast brass with a properly layered chrome plating, this is an excellent choice for a traditional style belt.  Its form transcends any single style as it has been so universally used that it fits in with many period and fashions.   The tongue is properly proportioned and very rugged so that it will give extraordinary service for a lifetime or more.

Special note:  While this buckle is no longer in normal production, we have secured a limited inventory for sale, and are seeking to have more made.


Measurement:

  • Weight:  1 7/8 oz (or 56 grams)
  • 2 1/2 inches across the outside at it's widest
  • 2 1/4" inches from bar to end of buckle
  • Tongue length is 2 3/8"
  • This buckle is intended for use with 1 1/2" width leather and the measure along the inside of the bar is 1 5/8"
