We are closed on weekends, any emails will be responded to on Monday.

Shipping Policy:

All orders placed Mon-Fri before 10:00am will be dispatched the same working day subject to stock and payment clearance. 

Orders placed Mon-Fri after 10:00am, and any orders placed over the weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day subject to stock and payment clearance.

Unless you choose a specific delivery service, your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour post or Hermes 48 hour tracked post depending on the size of the goods ordered.

Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or the product received; you can return the item back to us in its original condition within 30 days, providing we have been informed of the return within the first 30 days of purchase.

If you receive an item that you did not order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible via email and we will endeavour to send you the correct item or replace the product as soon as possible.
