Star Wars Prototype Never Produced Unreleased Chewbacca V2.0 Commtech Chip Hasbro Kenner POTF2 1995 Vintage

This item is part of a large collection of items I purchased of a Kenner / Hasbro factory clearance. There were a few quality control samples and various prototype items. (I have more listed so see my eBay store).

This is a Chewbacca Version 2.0 Comm Tech oval chip that was originally planned for the second wave of chips that were abandoned and never made it to retail. As you can see it's a different shape and look to the standard V1 Comm Tech chips

I was lucky to find what was left from initial run of them from this factory find.

They are in great condition, any wear is minor. These were salvaged from the factory and have just seen the light of day when taking the picture you see!

Excellent pre-production piece for any Star Wars collectors and a great way into prototype collection. Also obviously brilliant for anyone with a Chewbacca focus or overall Chewie / Wookie love!
