To protect the skin from darkening and to speed up the whitening process, always use sunblock cream or lotion on both face and body, especially on exposed parts. Use of sunblock agents is very important, especially while undergoing any whitening treatment because whitening products inhibit formation of melanin--the one that causes darkening of the skin, which conversely protects the skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Thus as our skin lightens, it gives lesser protection from the sun's UV rays. You can use any sunblock brand of your choice preferably 30 spf and above. How to use:

1. Shake well before using

2. Spray twice under the tongue 3 times a day

3. Hold under tongue for least 30 second prior to swallowing
