Payment is due within 4 days of an auction ending. After that, an Unpaid Item Case will automatically be opened by eBay. All Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of payments. This does not include Saturday or Sunday and all Federal Holidays recognized by the United States Postal Service. 

Items that require batteries are tested to ensure they work, prior to listing. If it does not work, I either state that it does not work.
