MADE BY " LES FABRIQUES D'ASSORTIMENTS REUNIES , LE LOCLE SWITZERLAND " (SWISS WATCH MAKER MOVEMENTS IN LE LOCLE) .

A very strange record indeed. Mixture of electronic, contemporary classical, theatre, sound poetry, musique concrete and filmesque music this never seen LP was privately published by the great Swiss watch movements manufacturing company "Les fabriques d'assortiment réunies" and given solely to their clients.

I guess a 100 only were pressed.

The music is very dark and the poetry as well for this "drama of love and death" as the french liner notes  descibes.

The comparison that comes first in mind is with the early André Almuro tapes and voice works.

The surrealist poetry of Bernard Falciola recalls Henri Michaux's "La ralentie", Francis Ponge or Gherasim Luca's poems.

Beautiful text if you understand french.

The other side is a Joseph Haydn interpretation of "Micromegas VI" by The Collegium Musicum of Geneva.

Rare as an edelweiss in Africa.
