This is a great vintage wooden advertising wall thermometer promoting Instant Postum Cereal!

The top of the thermometer features a young girl drinking a cup of Postum and the text beneath her reads: "Instant Postum. A table drink that takes the place of coffee in homes where health considerations make the use of coffee inadvisable. There's a reason!"

The bottom features a coffee cup in a saucer and the image of an Instant Postum Cereal container.

The thermometer works! There are some water marks, and scuff marks, which add character to this old thermometer!

The overall piece measures approximately 17.75" tall x 4.75" wide x .75" thick.
