Niacinamide contains anti inflammatory and anti bacterial properties, best known for treating acne and rosacea, also prevents and reduces wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and improves overall skin colour and appearance. It also protects the natural skin barrier and hydrates skin. 

Niacinamide, also known as nicotinamide, is the active component of vitamin B3. Niacinamide has been shown to increase ceramide and free fatty acid levels in skin, it prevents skin from losing water content, and stimulates microcirculation in the dermis. It also addresses skin discolorations, often better in conjunction with other proven skin lightening agents such as vitamin C and it also helps to reduce acne.
