1. Shipping charges are for the mainland locations only. All other destinations ie. islands or rural/isolated areas may be a subject of courier surcharges or different tariffs at all.
2. Delivery / Courier delays - We do NOT accept any liability / responsibility for delayed deliveries by the couriers. We try our best to get the goods to the customer on time, but please note that delivery time specified on our listings are only estimate, and may vary under certain circumstances, for example festive seasons like Xmas, Easter, bad weather conditions etc.
3. All components should be fitted with the professional manner by a professional garage and authorised person, and every component should be inspected before the installation, in case of noticeable defect it should be immediately reported, and under any circumstances the component should not be fitted until replaced.
4. All parts are covered with 1 year warranty.
EXCEPTIONS:
Warranty does not cover damage to the components caused by crashing, impacts, or abuse to the product
Warranty is void if the product has been modified without Alfa Distribution LTD haven given prior approval for modification.
Warranty is not valid for parts used for the heavy duty off-roading.
Warranty is not applicable to products that have been incorrectly installed, adjusted or maintained.
5. Please note that any labour costs claimed on the faulty goods will not be accepted.
6. All fitment applications shown are as per actual vehicle model year, not as indicated by the vehicle reg. number.
