How The Bubble Plate Column Works:
Vapor will come into contact with the plates and caps inside the column, causing the vapor to condense back into a liquid. This will happen at the very top of the still where the RC cooler will knock that vapor back into a liquid, causing a reflux action. As the liquid then falls down from bubbler cap to bubbler cap, the liquid that falls is eventually forced back up through the plates again. This process of being forced to run through the caps and plates multiple times creates an end product that has essentially been distilled multiple times in a single run, meaning you can get higher proof alcohol when compared to an empty column. The bubble plates perform a similar function as the copper packing in a hybrid column, but does so more efficiently. When running a bubble plate column, the first run will start in the range of 72.5%-85%. Depending on the quality of the wash, you can reach up to 95%-96% ABV, the highest-grade ethanol you can distill.
Please note: There is no instruction manual. This is deemed a commercial unit for those with a license to produce alcohol. We take no responsibility for your failure to comply with your state/local legislation.

Alcohol Distiller Bubble Plate Reflux Column & Condenser, Fits 2" Tri Clamps KegIdeal to fit any boilers, beer kegs that have 2" tri clamp port on top.
The system is made of Durable Easy-to-clean stainless steel 304 and t2 lead free copper which is a guarantee for a lifetime of use.
The glass design will allow you to view the entire distillation processes from the start to the end.
This will definitely be an eye catcher in your distillery. So fun to watch!
NOTE: Glass sections connect with special slotted silicone gaskets now, much better and safer than the stainless rings in the first version from 5 years ago which were expensive and cracking the glass.

Items needed for assembling the four 2 inch glass column with copper bubble plates:
4* glasses
2* stainless steel flanges
4*copper bubble downcomers with caps
4*glass gaskets
4*stainless steel rods with nuts
Step 1
Put the copper bubble caps on the copper downcomers to get them connected together, and then put the complete copper bubble plates into the glass gaskets, the final part of this step is to put them on one of the flanges, as following: see picture for "step 1" in images above
Step 2
Put one of the glasses on the glass gasket that is put on the flange, then put the complete copper bubble plates into the glass gasket again and put them on the top of the first glass, as following: see picture for step 2 in images above.
Step 3
Repeat the Step 2( put the complete copper bubble plates into the glass gasket again and put them on the top of the next glass) till we use all the glasses. As following: See picture for Step 3 in images above.
Step 4
Put the flat gasket on the top of the final glass, and then put the rest flange on the top of the flat gasket.
Step 5
By using all the rods and nuts to get the column tight. That’s all.
