Fantastic Blancpain Rolls ATO men's watch in 18kt. Gold case in used condition.

The watch features a silvered dial with blued pear-shaped hands, mustard brown Arabic hour markers, a small seconds at 6 o'clock, an interior railway minute track, and a solid 18kt hinged watch case. yellow gold.

Driven by the desire to incorporate an automatic movement into a chic, handy ladies' watch, the Rolls Ato was born. It's worth noting that it winds up by oscillating motion and moves with the vibration; The caliber is just loose in the case. This piece of experimental watchmaking history is the result of a collaboration between Frédéric-Emile Blancplain and Léon Hatot.

Of the two commercially available versions of this model, this is the "large" men's version, rather than the 17mm "small" version.

Before the start of the auction, the timepiece was subjected to a professional test in Allen evaluation criteria, during which the movement was also tested, among other things.

This men's model is powered by an automatic movement, which was professionally checked before the start of the auction.
