You are purchasing one brass nameplate 3/4" wide x 2 3/4" long with up to 3 lines of print -centered in all CAPS. Each line has 16 characters of print available which also includes spaces between words. Most customers print their name, phone number, city and state. Or if you prefer Your name, cell phone number, and home phone number. If you provide too much information or more than fits on a line , I reserve the right to revise your information to fit within the specified lines.
   Two sets of rivets will be provided (one set for each hole) to attach it to your dog's collar. Just attach the two pieces together on the collar and smack with a hammer on a hard surface. Two small holes will need to be punched in dog collar before attaching the nameplate.

•    You will need to message me in the PayPal note to seller box with the information you want printed on the tag. If no phone number is listed, I will try to email you. If no message is left in the PayPal message box, I will mail a blank nameplate.

    Tag will be shipped free via USPS first class mail. Packages shipped to PA will be charged 6% sales tax.
    This tag can also be used for other types of identification besides dog collars. Use it on your key chain, trophies, furniture, machinery, plaques etc.
