The dewatering bag is pumped with silt water, trapping particles 90 microns or greater with the bag. There are other dewatering bags available, however are only designed to filter particles between 100 and 180 microns, making Murlac Dewatering Bags not only cost effect but also more efficient in stopping silt without compromising flow rates required. Murlac Dewatering bags are smaller versions of Murlac Silt Tubes, designed for over pumps and larger scale dewatering applications.
