Return

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was sent in in. Your item must be in the original packaging.

We will refund in full only when either the item is faulty or due to an in house error.

All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

I will refund in full and pay for return shipping only when either the item is faulty or due to an in house error.

Any undeliverable,unclaimed,refused or insufficiently/incorrectly addressed items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Re-shipping costs of such items will be paid for by the customer.

Claims for non delivery need to be raised within 14 days of expected delivery date. Royal Mail allow 10 working days for an item to be classed as missing or lost.
