During these times this is a vital consideration! Our TruFlame effect uses the best quality LED Bulbs and are rated at 5 Watts therefore, (Wattage/1000) * hours * kWh cost = Cost in Pence
(5/1000) x 1 x 50p = 0.25p
Given current approx of 50p per kWh it costs 1 pence to run the flame for 4 hours.

Please note if the LED side lights are used in the very dark then the side brackets may show through the glass.
NOTE: The electric fire will also work without the LED lights on.

Packaging
One area we constantly read about is other sellers and their poor packaging. These fires are in specially designed boxes held in place with
polystyrene side holdings. Everything is done with the intention of getting the product to you in pristine condition. If there is any damage in transit
we will replace the item at our cost, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve quickly.
Items are packed, checked and then shipped via Parcelforce on a 24hr priority service,

Q - Where does the heat come from?
A - The heat comes from the top of the fire angled into the room (not directly upwards)
Q - Can i have a TV or Painting above thes fires?
A - Yes - The heat does come out of the top of the fire but it is angled into the room and as long as there is a 6inch+ gap this application will be fine and we have had many customers using our fires for this.
Q - Are these wall hung electric fires quiet?
A - Yes - silent on flame only mode, small noise on heat mode - you do not have to change the volume on the TV - we guarentee these fires are quiet.
Q - Can you have these electric fires on flame only mode i.e without the heat on?
A - Yes you can.
Q - Why are these wall mounted electric fires such good value? Are they graded or returns?
A - Nope - we are a 'direct from manufactuer' company and order via the container load - we have a narrow product range as we must order in bulk (600 fires per container) and therefore we can offer these unbeatable prices to you the customer.
Q - Do you have a shop I could visit?
A - No we are online only, we do have a warehouse where collections made be made but you need to arrange this with us as we aren`t always there.

A - Yes, we test this by putting our fire on in a 12*12 room and shutting the door - when we entered the room 10minutes later the room was considerably warmer.
