All returns must have a Tracking Number.
Only Defective Merchandises Are Subject To Exchange Within 30 Days Of Delivery
All Items Are New Unless Otherwise Stated In Our Listings.
Orders That Are Returned To Us Due To Unclaimed, Incomplete Or Incorrect Address Provided Will Not Be Returned To The Customer And Will Only Be Resent At The Customer's Expense. Additionally, Orders That Are Abandoned By Your Local Post Office Or Customs, For Whatever Reason, Will Not Be Returned To The Customer And Will Only Be Resent At The Customer's Expense.
Buyers Are Responsibility For Ensuring The Product's Compatibility With Their Network Operator / Service Provider. Buyer Cannot Return Item If Their Cable is Not Compatible To This device As This Is Buyer Responsibility To Check Before Purchase.
Replacement Products Or Refund Will Be Arranged For All Fault Products Returned, Subject To Technical Test Results to Justify Customers' Complaint.
All return fees and charges are the buyer responsibility.
