Vintage and certainly rare Postage Envelope with Phillipsburg Land Company of Cumberland County, Tennessee Ad Cover Design featuring the Albany Mine.  Company was 'organized for the development of coal, iron, timber and farming lands the establishment of new towns, and the encouragement of immigration.'   Nice image of mine also noted President Noble Phillips of Hoosick, NY and Secretary Robert Shannon.  Blue canceled Franklin One Cent Stamp with 'Report 1895' (envelope empty) addressed to gentleman in Oneonta, NY.  Postmark is likely Albany, NY.  So, the company's name included TN but was based in NY I guess and probably one of many companies they owned.  Condition is good there is foxing and scuffs.  This will ship fast and FREE!  Contact us any questions we try our best and follow our store we uncover the rare and unique.
