This is a vintage souvenir glass pipe from Four Towns Minnesota.  The pipe is a milk glass style glass white, with a light blue (maybe green) tint.  The pipe also has a painted floral pattern and gold trim/lettering.  Good condition, no chips or cracks - some wear on the gold lettering.
