Postage Policy:

We offer free shipping on all of our items within the UK.

Our default method of shipping is via Royal Mail second class. This should take according to Royal Mail 2-3 working days but rarely delays are expected.

Once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order within 24 hours to your registered eBay address. Monday - Friday excluding Bank holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need your item sent to an alternative address, you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchasing.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Returns Policy:

Unlike the majority of eBay sellers who impose a strict return deadline, we want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase and that’s why we offer a 30-day, hassle free return period.

If your initial request to return the item is after 30 days from the date of purchase unfortunately we would be unable to accept the return request.

If you have simply changed your mind, then you have to cover return shipping costs

However; if the item is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described, then you will not be responsible for the return postage.

In order to proceed with the return, please go to My eBay - Purchase History - find the item and right click on the More Actions - Resolve Problem and then please follow the steps.

When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for the return and your eBay user ID and order number to ensure that the return is handled as quickly as possible.

All returns must be received in perfect resealable condition in order for refunds to be granted.

If the item you return does not arrive in perfect resealable condition we cannot offer any refund.

We strongly advise that you use a trackable service when returning goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods going missing in the post on their RETURN to us.
