A heavy-duty METIS Power Rack is an excellent option for commercial & home gyms. These squat racks feature a pull up bar, dip bars, & weight plate storage. Ideal piece of gym equipment for squatting, benching, dipping & more.

A must have for all gyms, these power racks allow users to perform a wide range of exercises to target the full body. Complete with a freestanding design, the squat rack had been manufactured using a durable steel frame for supreme stability & strength, especially when used with loaded barbells. The cage features a pull up bar with a knurled handle for excellent comfort & grip & the dip bars have an upturned end to prevent weights slipping off the gym rack whilst it is in use.  These premium power cages can be upgraded to include a pulley system which features a lat pull down bar & narrow row bar to provide a wider selection of exercises to include in your workout.
