Our online store currently delivers to addresses within Australia only.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days, after receipt of your order and payment. We anticipate delivery of your goods to be within 7 working days for standard delivery commencing on the date we send you our Dispatch Confirmation.

All orders will be sent via Australia Post eParcelservice.  You can track your order via Australia Post's eParcel Service using the parcel's unique reference number. You will be advised of this unique reference number by email once your order has been dispatched.

For eParcel standard delivery service postage and packaging will be charged for each order (not each item) at $7.95 for orders under $85. Orders over $85 will receive free postage. 

The eParcel standard delivery service requires a signature. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements.

Please note that orders need to be in before 5am AEST on any given working day to be dispatched same day to ensure fast delivery.

Triumph is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order due to damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order, or perhaps you've just changed your mind, simply return your garments in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date to our ebay online store.

Please note:

• We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, damarked or have had labels and tags removed.
• Original freight charges will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.

How can I return garments?

Please process the return via your Ebay account and purchased items. You will be provided with the reply paid address to return your garments free of charge. Please note we cannot exchange, only refund on eligable products.
