You will receive better P&D collector grade 2019 issues as indicated. Note that Philadelphia Mint strikes might be scratchy/grainy, in most years the Denver Mints are much better. These halves come from U.S. Mint Rolls and they are GEM Uncirculated 19KA 19KB .
The Mints release date was May 1st, 2019. To give you the best coins possible, we need to reject many excessively scratched, reeded edge marked or stain coins from each roll.
The D mints are the better strikes for 2019 (more proof like reflective finish) and the P mints have more scratched coins with more grainy like finish toward the center obverse.
