This is a movie projector made by Bell & Howell.
It is gray with black trim and features a handle, a take-up reel, a multi motion knob, a convertible supply reel, a power switch, a framing lever, a film loading slot, a lens, a lens focusing wheel, a film format indicator you can set to S-8 for super 8 or R-8 for regular 8 film, a control knob, and a plug-in cord.
The projector measures about 10.25" tall, 12" wide, and 6.75" deep.
It was made in the United States.
The item comes in good pre-owned condition with some wear. It has been plugged in and it powers on. It has not been tested with film.
