Covers: No signatures, stamps, labels or stickers.  Front has very nice edges & corners, back is a little rougher, especially lower right and has one tear at 3/8”.  Front surface is very nice – back has some foxing going on.

Inner Pages:  No markings – the music is clean throughout.  The inner sheet (pp 3 & 4) rougher along the right edge than the cover with one tear at ½”.

Spine: Fully split with 5 or 6 horizontal tears, both front and back, up to ¾”.

Repairs: none

Rating Scale from 1 to 10:  I'd rate it a 6+, maybe 7-.  The front cover is nice enough but there are enough flaws, especially on the back, to put it just below average.
