Once you use the Buy it Now option, I will give you the shipping address where you can ship your laser to for repair. Once I receive it, I will install brand new batteries and ship the laser back to you. You cover the shipping cost to me, and I cover the shipping cost back to you.
I only use brand new, high quality batteries that meet or exceed Tria specifications.
If for some reason there is a different issue, I will let you know what that issue is, and the cost of parts / repair. I can usually have the new batteries installed, and the laser shipped back out within 24 hours after receiving the laser.

am not affiliated with the other seller who offers this same repair
service. He is using multiple Ebay usernames to post duplicate listings
and has purchased his own items to leave feedback for himself. His
listing descriptions contain statements about himself that are
misleading. There are also statements directed towards me that are flat
out lies. Until Ebay removes them, I will address them below.
He claims he is a Tria laser qualified engineering service.
He does not work with or for Tria Beauty. Tria does not have
repair technicians. They do not offer a repair or battery replacement
service themselves or by 2nd party. Tria wants you to buy a new laser.
He claims that I do not replace the battery with an approved one meeting specifications.
False! The brand new replacement batteries I use are among the highest rated in terms of capacity, quality and lifetime.
He states that I have little or no technical expertise, have zero engineering supervision or support and give bogus warranties.
False!
I am the original Tria Age Defying Laser repair service. In fact, the
picture he is using on that auction is one that I created for my own
auction. Since then, I started putting my username in my listing
pictures. I've been doing repairs for over 20 years. (14 on Ebay) I am
more than qualified to work on these Tria lasers, and guarantee my
repair work.
Unlike
the other seller, who primarily built their feedback from purchasing
and selling miscellaneous items, I have over 500 positive feedback
ratings from my repair services only. Please feel free to compare our reviews.

states, "We receive lots of Tria units for repair and to replace the
battery again which have been damaged by the cheapest sellers."
False!
I
have never damaged a unit or used faulty batteries. The replacement
battery will last as long as a brand new unit's battery did. If anyone
ever has an issue that was caused by my repair work, I stand by my work
and fix it free of charge.
I find it hard to believe that any customer of mine has ever had an issue with a repair and never contacted me about it.
Ask
yourself, why would anyone who has an issue with a repair never contact
the seller, but instead choose to spend more money with a different
repair service? It makes no sense! This is just another one of his
lies.
