This listing is for a set of 8 Rebuilt fuel injectors for a 1983-1988 6.2L Non Turbo Diesel engine. We rebuild these in house at Badger Diesel using high quality Denso nozzles. Denso is OEM in a lot of companies like John Deere, GM's Duramax L5P and Various Cummins applications, so it's not low quality stuff. As someone who built a business rebuilding these injectors I actually have found that these atomize better and more consistently than the bosch nozzles. The nozzles are also made in Japan and not china or India. Japan makes extremely high quality parts and should not be thought of the same as china or India. Unlike our competitors flooding the market with cheap chinese parts we refuse to sell low quality junk just to make a buck. 

 These also come with the copper gaskets for installation.

All of our in house rebuilt injectors are a PRESSURE BALANCED set. This means that I take 100 injectors and pop test them all and group them so their pressures are within 50 psi of each other. Doing it this way usually results in them being exact pressure matched but 50 psi is a standard balance and the widest that I will allow.

Our injectors are rebuilt by the owner of the business with 20 years and 10's of thousands of these things of experience, not "the new guy" as most shops have them do. 

Our process is: Disassemble, wash, and sand blast the bodies. Once the bodies are blasted we put them in a blackening solution. Then all metal to metal sealing surfaces are lapped on a lapping machine and polished to guarantee a perfect metal seal. (A lot of shops don't do this to save time, but we aren't into taking short cuts) Then we assemble and reset the opening pressures to 1900-2100 psi then group them into matched sets of pressures within 50psi but typically are within 25psi or less to give a nice smooth running engine.

Since we are a full fuel injection shop we can stand behind what we sell and know what it is we are selling you, not like some of these other sellers that are just buying surplus parts and selling them then when there is a problem they tell you it's not their problem and don't even know how to help you.

Ask the other guys to show you pictures of their shop. These guys are doing this in their barn or garage in a dirty environment and don't even own a test bench to calibrate the pumps when they are done. Fuel injection work MUST be done in a clean environment due to tolerances in the 1-3 micron range. Calibration equipment is where the money is and if it wasn't required to do the job right we would rather have the money in our pocket.

WARRANTY

 We warranty our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 12 months, from the date of arrival. We will repair or replace any product to be defective in material or workmanship that fails during normal and reasonable usage. All failed and related parts must be available for inspection by us. This warranty does not cover improper installation, operator negligence, misuse, neglect, poor maintenance, accidents, troubleshooting or diagnostic time, mileage, towing, down time, loss of profit, cargo damage, or any other consequential or indirect claims. If the failed item has been tampered with in any way the warranty will be void entirely. In the event that you have an improper diagnosis of a pump failure and the item is returned for warranty work and there is nothing wrong with the part there will be a service fee for testing the part. This warranty will cover the cost of returning the replacement unit to you on domestic shipments only. All international customers will have to pay return shipping.
