This was never connected to a mobile network but only used for wi-fi connections to the internet.  No SIM card included. 

Everything tested and works!  This has a film type screen protector that has a few light scratches - applied when bought new - screen if flawless!

Factory reset to original settings so set it up for yourself - multiple languages available including Spanish.
