If you are a fan of Steve McQueen, this is a very cool item. A publicity piece from TCM (Turner Classic Movies) from 2005 when they were promoting their Steve McQueen: Essence of Cool documentary, which aired June 2005. It has a mock driver license inside a 3.5X.2.5 metal case with TCM stamped on the front. I doubt many of these were made but would have only been sent out to TV writers. Maybe rare, maybe not but cool indeed. Practically perfect condition.
